adjuster to attend risk premises within 24 hours after your
instruction; |

Provide
Immediate Advice within 1 working day after investigation/survey
completion;

Issue
Preliminary Report within 7 working days after investigation
completion; |

Issue
Final Report within 5 working days after adjustment completion;

5. |
Provide
Interim Report/Advice monthly if cases not settled within 1 month;

6. |
The
reports can be in Chinese and /or English with format of original,
fax or software.

Contact
client within 12 hours after your instruction for arrangement; |

Provide
“Survey Report” and “Loss Prevention Program” within 10
working days after risk surveying; |
